Connecting IT graduates and graduating students with jobs and internships through Bright Technologies

The IT Career Center is a free initiative by Bright Technologies to collect resumes from IT graduates and help them find suitable jobs and internships by collaborating with IT firms in the market.

Our purpose

We support students and recent graduates who are ready to start or advance their IT careers. By building a talent pool and working closely with employers, we aim to match the right candidates with the right opportunities.

How the formal process works

  1. Submit your resume using the form below with your university, qualification, skills, and career interests.
  2. Review by Bright Technologies — our team reviews your profile and adds suitable candidates to the IT Career Center talent pool.
  3. Collaboration with IT firms and universities — Bright Technologies collaborates with IT companies and universities to identify hiring needs for graduating or graduated students.
  4. Matching and introduction — when a suitable job or internship opening is available, we contact you and connect you with the relevant employer.
  5. Interview and placement — shortlisted candidates proceed with interviews and onboarding directly with the hiring IT firm.

This service is completely free for candidates. Bright Technologies acts as a bridge between graduates, universities, and IT firms to strengthen the local IT workforce.
